 We began as a partnership between two highly talented and trustworthy people: Bob Brooks and Calvin Palmer. Over 60 years of combined experience in land planning, commercial building, custom home designing and home construction. Since 1946 Calvin Palmer has proved his expertise in land planning, roads and development. Bob Brooks has spent 35 years as a master carpenter, expert commercial builder and has an exquisite eye for design, development and custom home building.
Bob and his son Shane are on your job daily working, and overseeing, making sure that your home is built expertly as if they were building their own homes. The father and son team offer personal attention to all of your questions and needs. We have an inside support staff which consists of family members as well to help with all your needs, giving you personal guidance with selection of products and colors and helping you with your financing needs throughout your construction process.
